Dolphin Personnel Database
Operatives and personnel are what keep the dolphins a powerful organization. These can range from low level personnel that run small tasks to commanders that run dangerous and risky operations. Personnel are ranked based on their position in the organization. Level 1's are low ranking contractors that run chores and smaller investigations for the organization. Level 2's are combatants which are deployed to attack enemy positions and recover missing assets and resources. Level 3's are usually commanders and higher level personnel, they have full authority over lower levels and can manage their own bases, usually people who have a reputation of success.
